Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

Key responsibilities( including but not limited to ):

·     Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

·        Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media including Website graphics, info-graphics, flip books, video content, brochures,flyers, posters, social media templates, stationary (email signatures) and so on.

·        Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends


·        Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

·        2 years of experience in graphic design

·         Video creation and editing skills are required.  

·        Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

·        Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

·        Portfolio of work

·        Familiar with Chinese Culture, have a mindset to introduce Chinese art to Australian audiences, and understand event promotion and production.

·        Proven experience in the conceptualization and implementation of innovative design solutions for exhibitions, displays and activities will be a plus

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin including demonstrate written proficiency.

Copywriter/Content Creator

We are now hiring a copywriter/content creator to join our marketing team to create and distribute contents.

Key responsibilities( including but not limited to ):

  • involve in content and social strategy, copy-writing and create marketing articles for different events;

  • Design content plan and create contents accordingly on a daily basis;

  • Distribute and manage contents on various channels such as key social media platforms like wechat, weibo, FB, Twitter etc. ;

  • Maintain company’s websites and optimize company pages to increase the visibility of company’s social content;

  • identify positive PR opportunities for the events/ company and maximize the benefits to the brands;

  • Create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially media agencies.;

  • General marketing and customer service support within the business


  • Tertiary qualification in communication, marketing or public relations and advantage;

  • 1+ years experience within a similar role;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin;

  • Strong marketing skillset and natural marketing talents;

  • Strategic and working knowledge of a broad range of social media channels;

  • High level attention to detail and accuracy in content uploads and transferring of informations;

  • Software- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask;

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.

Immigration Consultant

The  Immigration Consultant is responsible for providing the client with advice and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation to migrate internationally and how to complete this process smoothly. The  Immigration Consultant must work within strict timelines and communicate with authorities and the client consistently via email or telephone.

Key responsibilities( including but not limited to ):

•     oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

•     interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.

•     oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.

•     ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.

•     prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.

•     maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.

•     be able to help the client to obtain Visas, and other documentation required.

•     take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.

•     Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.


•   Proven work experience as a immigration consultant or similar role.

•   Proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively, both verbally and in write

•   Registered Migration Agent is preferred.

•  Ability to leverage a network of partnerships. Excellent communication and networking skills .

•   An understanding of current marketing principles, strategies and tools

•   An understanding of social media tools and communication strategies

•   Ability to multi-task and achieve results under pressure.

•   Australian Citizen or PR

•   Fluency in English and Mandarin including demonstrated written proficiency
